This camp was part of obtaining the Scouts Expedition Challenge Award.
As well as camp the scouts had to carry out a hike on each of two days of the camp.
The first hike of 5 hours was to the north of Lyons Copse and covered the Durley area.
The second hike of 4 hours was the walk back to the hut at Cosham.
All the scouts participating successfully completed the challenge with only a few blisters and aches.
