Inflatable
We have a 13ft inflatable to use as a safety boat. This ex RNLI boat with its 45hp engine is ideal for rescue purposes. Its inbuilt fenders allow it to come alongside with no trouble and its speed and stability can get it to a rescue in a short time. The low sides make getting a person out of the water easier.

We have an Enterprise currently being restored
We have eight ACE kayaks bought with money from grants and six DANCERS
Each year we must have our boats inspected to check that they are sea worthy. Its a cold wet process as you can see...
For the boats you submerge each of the buoyancy tanks for a few minutes and then take out the bungs to see if any water got in.
For the kayaks you fill them full of water then rest on them to see if they still float.
Please send in your ideas for captions for the photos.
