The role of the Group Executive Committee is to carry out the general aspects of running the group such as finances; equipment procurement; fund raising etc. This frees the leaders to organise and run the various section activities.
The group executive committee will generally meet every alternate Month at the hut, usually at 7.30pm. [Next Meeting]
The committee consists of a core set of officials but is also supported by parents of the boys in the group and their contribution to the committee is vital. All meetings are minuted by the Secretary. These minutes are posted on the notice board in the hut. All parents are welcome to attend the meetings and volunteer to help.
